David Shein is a Judge Pro Team of the Maricopa County superior court and also handles private arbitrations and mediations for clients throughout the Southwest. David is an ADR veteran and has been helping clients settle their disputes privately and confidentially for more than 10 years. David brings objectivity and fairness to every assignment, while employing his comprehensive business and financial experience to insure that all sides see the case, and the settlement options, clearly.
During each phase of the mediation process, David helps both principals and litigators evaluate their positions and the risks and potential costs of a proposed course of action. David’s approach to mediation is highly interactive and focused on finding common ground, as quickly as possible, so that substantive settlement negotiations may begin and proceed in a constructive and resolution-focused environment.
